Packing & Shipping

 

Each order is hand packed with care to ensure that your order arrives in the same condition in which it left my studio. 

Packing Your Order

Greeting Cards and Small Prints are wrapped in black tissue with ribbon and branded sticker so whether your purchase is for yourself or a gift for someone else, it feels like an event when it arrives. 

Small and A3 Fine Art Prints are packed flat and shipped in a sturdy cardboard envelope.  

A2 Prints are stored flat in my studio but rolled for shipping and sent in a cardboard tube.

Note that if ordering both A3 and A2 prints at the same time, all prints will be sent rolled.

Original paintings require an advance quote for shipping which will be at the buyer's expense. Please use the contact form at the bottom of the screen to contact me. 

Shipping Costs

Sadly I am no longer be able to offer free shipping as postage was costing me more than my sales profit. I am now operating a choice of flat standard or express (tracked and signed for) postage at check out based on my average package weight and size and the destination postal address.

Please note that if offered PayPal Express Check Out your postage costs will be calculated after you’ve authorised payment. I suggest working through your order and only choosing your method of payment at the very end when all costs are clear.

UK and International Delivery

I am happy to ship worldwide and have successfully shipped cards, prints, and original artworks around the world. Please contact me for a free shipping quote where an item is noted as having 'specialist shipping requirements.' 

A Note on Customs Fees for International Orders

Please be aware that many countries (including EU countries post Brexit) charge customs fees and/or import taxes on orders coming in from abroad. To avoid unwelcome surprises please contact your national customs office online or in person to confirm any additional charges you may incur before placing your order. MJHodgeArt is not responsible for covering or reimbursing any import or customs fees; import and customs fees are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
