Night Sailing
The sea lives large in my imagination, especially as it is on nights when the horizon line disappears, the waves gently lap against the shore, a warm wind blows and infinity beckons. These paintings capture the sense of possibility and magic that such nights offer, providing an escape from daily routines often with no destination other than the wind and the waves themselves and no map for navigation but the stars above.
